Order Processing Time :

 All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days before shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

Estimated Delivery Times :

UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman : 7 to 12 business days. Egypt, Jordan : 8 to 12 business days. Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines : 7 to 12 business days. Canada : 12 to 20 business days. United States : 12 to 20 business days

Shipping Rates :

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and order total. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. All applicable rates and thresholds are displayed transparently at checkout before payment.

 Order Tracking :

A tracking number is automatically sent to your email upon shipment. You can track your order in real time using the provided link.

Customs Duties & Taxes :

 Nooraya is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or administrative fees imposed by the destination country. These fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages :

 In the unlikely event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@noorayashop.com. We will open an investigation with our logistics partner and offer a replacement or full refund.

 Our products are shipped directly from our partner suppliers. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on local customs and logistics conditions.

تشحن نورايا إلى جميع أنحاء العالم عبر شركاء لوجستيين معتمدين، تم اختيارهم بعناية لموثوقيتهم وأوقات التسليم التنافسية.

وقت معالجة الطلب :

 تُعالج جميع الطلبات خلال 2 إلى 3 أيام عمل قبل الشحن. ستتلقون بريداً إلكترونياً لتأكيد الشحن مع رقم التتبع فور إرسال طردكم.

أوقات التسليم المتوقعة :

الإمارات والسعودية والكويت وقطر والبحرين وعُمان : 7 إلى 12 يوم عمل. مصر والأردن : 8 إلى 12 يوم عمل . إندونيسيا وماليزيا وسنغافورة والفلبين : 7 إلى 12 يوم عمل. كندا : 12 إلى 20 يوم عمل. الولايات المتحدة : 12 إلى 20 يوم عمل

تكاليف الشحن :

 تُحسب تكاليف الشحن تلقائياً عند الدفع بناءً على عنوان التسليم وقيمة الطلب. الشحن المجاني متاح للطلبات المؤهلة. تُعرض جميع التكاليف والحدود المطبقة بشفافية عند الدفع قبل إتمام عملية الشراء.

تتبع الطلب :

 يُرسل رقم التتبع تلقائياً إلى بريدكم الإلكتروني عند الشحن. يمكنكم تتبع طلبكم في الوقت الفعلي باستخدام الرابط المرفق.

الرسوم الجمركية والضرائب :

 لا تتحمل نورايا أي رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب استيراد أو رسوم إدارية تفرضها دولة الوجهة. هذه الرسوم إن وجدت تقع على عاتق العميل.

الطرود المفقودة أو التالفة :

 في الحالة النادرة التي يضيع فيها طردكم أو يصل تالفاً، يُرجى التواصل معنا فوراً على contact@noorayashop.com. سنفتح تحقيقاً مع شريكنا اللوجستي ونقدم بديلاً أو استرداداً كاملاً.

ملاحظة مهمة :

 تُشحن منتجاتنا مباشرة من موردينا الشركاء. أوقات التسليم تقديرية وقد تتفاوت بحسب ظروف الجمارك والخدمات اللوجستية المحلية.
