Shipping & Delivery :
How long does delivery take? Orders to the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman) and Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore) are delivered within 7 to 12 business days. Orders to Canada and the United States are delivered within 12 to 20 business days.
Is shipping free? Yes. Enjoy free shipping on all orders of $60 USD or more. A flat shipping fee applies to orders below this threshold.
Do you ship worldwide? We currently ship to the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Canada, and the United States. We are expanding to new regions soon.
Can I track my order? Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your package in real time using the provided link.

Are your fragrances alcohol-free? Yes. All Nooraya fragrances are 100% alcohol-free and halal-certified, crafted with the finest oriental ingredients including pure Oud, Rose de Damas, and White Musk.
Are your products halal? All Nooraya fragrances are halal-certified. Our modest fashion pieces are designed in full respect of Islamic values of modesty and elegance.
How do I choose the right abaya size? Each product page includes a detailed size guide. If you need assistance, contact us at contact@noorayashop.com and our team will help you find the perfect fit.
Orders & Returns :
Can I return my order? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. Fragrances and opened products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
How do I initiate a return? Email us at contact@noorayashop.com with your order number (#NOO...) within 48 hours of receiving your order.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are secured and encrypted.

الشحن والتوصيل :
كم يستغرق التوصيل؟ تُسلَّم الطلبات إلى دول الشرق الأوسط (الإمارات، السعودية، الكويت، قطر، البحرين، عُمان) وجنوب شرق آسيا (إندونيسيا، ماليزيا، سنغافورة) خلال 7 إلى 12 يوم عمل. أما الطلبات إلى كندا والولايات المتحدة فتستغرق 12 إلى 20 يوم عمل.
هل الشحن مجاني؟ نعم. استمتعوا بالشحن المجاني لجميع الطلبات بقيمة 60 دولار أمريكي أو أكثر. تُطبَّق رسوم شحن بسيطة على الطلبات دون هذا الحد.
هل تشحنون إلى جميع أنحاء العالم؟ نشحن حالياً إلى الشرق الأوسط وجنوب شرق آسيا وكندا والولايات المتحدة. نحن في طريقنا للتوسع إلى مناطق جديدة قريباً.
هل يمكنني تتبع طلبي؟ نعم. ستتلقون رقم تتبع عبر البريد الإلكتروني فور شحن طلبكم. يمكنكم متابعة طردكم في الوقت الفعلي باستخدام الرابط المرفق.

هل عطوركم خالية من الكحول؟ نعم. جميع عطور نورايا خالية 100% من الكحول ومعتمدة حلالاً، مصنوعة من أجود المكونات الشرقية بما فيها العود الخالص وورد الدمشق والمسك الأبيض.
هل منتجاتكم حلال؟ جميع عطور نورايا معتمدة حلالاً. وأزياؤنا المحتشمة مصممة باحترام تام لقيم الحشمة والأناقة الإسلامية.

الطلبات والإرجاع :
هل يمكنني إرجاع طلبي؟ نقبل الإرجاع خلال 30 يوماً من الاستلام للمنتجات غير المستخدمة وغير المغسولة في عبوتها الأصلية. العطور والمنتجات المفتوحة غير قابلة للإرجاع لأسباب صحية.
كيف أبدأ عملية الإرجاع؟ راسلونا على contact@noorayashop.com مع رقم طلبكم (#NOO...) خلال 48 ساعة من استلام طلبكم.
ما هي طرق الدفع المتاحة؟ نقبل فيزا وماستركارد وأمريكان إكسبريس وApple Pay وGoogle Pay وPayPal. جميع المعاملات آمنة ومشفرة.
