At Nooraya, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We are committed to providing you with a luxury accessible shopping experience worthy of your trust.

Return Window :

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Return Conditions :

 To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  1. Unworn and unwashed
  2. In their original packaging with all tags attached
  3. Undamaged and in their original condition as received

Non-Returnable Items :

 For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  1. All perfumes, fragrance oils and olfactory products (Oud, Rose, Musk)
  2. Opened or used items
  3. Items purchased on sale or marked as final sale

How to Return :

  1. Email us at contact@noorayashop.com within 48 hours of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number (#NOO...)
  3. Describe the reason for your return and attach photos 
  4. Our team will respond within 24 business hours with return instructions

Return Shipping Costs :

 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or a defective product.

Refund Processing :

 Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد :

في نورايا، رضاكم هو أولويتنا القصوى. نلتزم بتقديم تجربة تسويق راقية تليق بثقتكم.

مدة الإرجاع :

 يحق لكم إرجاع المنتجات خلال 30 يوماً من تاريخ الاستلام.

شروط الإرجاع :

لقبول الإرجاع، يجب أن تكون المنتجات:

  1. غير مستخدمة وغير مغسولة
  2. في عبوتها الأصلية مع جميع الملصقات
  3. غير تالفة وبحالتها الأصلية عند الاستلام

المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع :

لأسباب تتعلق بالنظافة والسلامة، لا يمكن إرجاع أو استرداد ما يلي:

  1. جميع العطور وزيوت العطور والمنتجات العطرية (العود، الورد، المسك)
  2. المنتجات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة
  3. المنتجات المشتراة بسعر مخفض أو المحددة كبيع نهائي

كيفية الإرجاع :

  1. تواصلوا معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني contact@noorayashop.com خلال 48 ساعة من استلام طلبكم
  2. أرسلوا رقم طلبكم (#NOO...)
  3. اشرحوا سبب الإرجاع مع إرفاق الصور
  4. سيرد فريقنا خلال 24 ساعة عمل مع تعليمات الإرجاع

تكاليف شحن الإرجاع :

 تكاليف شحن الإرجاع على عاتق الزبون، إلا في حالات الخطأ من جانبنا أو وجود خلل في المنتج.

معالجة الاسترداد :

 بعد استلام المنتج المُرجع والتحقق منه، سيتم رد المبلغ خلال 5 إلى 7 أيام عمل إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.
